Vampire Crawlers, the first official spinoff of Poncle’s Vampire Survivors, will be hitting PC and consoles on April 21st, 2026. In a rather humorous trailer, the developer revealed the news while poking fun at the Italian fixation the series has. I’ve always found it charming that pretty much everything in-game item has an Italian spin, but maybe that’s because my family is Italian.

Along with the release date reveal, Poncle has also detailed pricing. Vampire Crawlers will come in at a rather cheap $9.99/£9.99/€9.99/¥1200, which is a little more expensive than Survivors, but still impulse purchase territory. Considering how content full Survivors was in its default state, I don’t think concerns of length will really apply to Crawlers. The game seems tailor-made to keep you occupied for hundreds of hours.

If the recent demo is anything to go by, Vampire Crawlers is going to be quite a solid dungeon crawler. Mixing elements from Survivors into a more RPG focused genre, the unique card battling system gives consideration to combat in a manner that’s unlike Survivors. This game certainly has more depth, which is all the more important for an RPG.
