Pokémon Pokopia is a certifiable phenomenon, so it’s no surprise that fans want to bring home some adorable plushes to hug and love. While players in Japan already have the opportunity to do so, everyone in the West has been waiting for a chance to hug Mosslax or Peakychu. Thankfully, the wait won’t be too much longer, as the official Pokémon Instagram account confirmed plushes will be heading stateside this summer.

There aren’t a lot of details on when these plushes will release or how much they’ll cost, but it is confirmed that Mosslax, Tangrowth, and Peakychu will be available at the Pokémon Center in a few months. They’re all a relatively good size, too, judging from the picture. Peakychu looks to be maybe eight or nine inches tall, and Mosslax is suitably fat. I can’t imagine what a life-sized one would look like.
You can get a look at the Peakychu and the other plushes in this Instagram post here:

Pokémon Pokopia, meanwhile, continues to be sold out in physical form practically everywhere. Having surpassed two million total sales already, I think the game is going to rocket up the Nintendo Switch 2 sales charts in no time. I don’t know that it will amass the same numbers as something like Animal Crossing: New Horizons, but Nintendo absolutely has a new hit on its hands.
