Blizzard Entertainment, which is celebrating 30 years of its Diablo franchise, has revealed new downloadable content for Diablo II: Resurrected.
Reign of the Warlock was announced during Blizzard’s Diablo Anniversary Spotlight showcase, and introduces an all-new Warlock class. The DLC is available now on the Nintendo Switch eShop for $24.99 / £20.99.
The Nintendo Store page reveals a bit about the new class.
“Wield forbidden magic as the Warlock, a new class forged from demonic pacts and Hell itself,” it reads.
“Explore dynamic Terror Zones, face the Colossal Ancients in [an] ultimate endgame encounter, and experience modernized quality-of-life upgrades.”
The expansion also includes over 30 new items, enhanced stash organization, and a Chronicle to track your collectibles. You can see all of the new content in more detail on Blizzard’s website.
Diablo II: Resurrected launched in 2021 on Nintendo Switch and other platforms. It is a remaster of the original 2000 classic Diablo II.
