It’s time to head to Sarasaland! In this week’s Nintendo Music update, the soundtrack to Super Mario Land has been add to the lineup.

First released in 1989 as a Game Boy launch title, Super Mario Land changed things up by taking players to a new location, Sarasaland, home of Princess Daisy. Super Mario Land doesn’t feature Bowser as the final boss — in fact, he isn’t there at all. Super Mario Land re-released on the 3DS Virtual Console, as well as the Nintendo Switch’s Game Boy Classic service.

Super Mario Land’s soundtrack contains 17 tracks with a runtime of 11 minutes.

  1. Birabuto Kingdom BGM
  2. Treasure Room BGM
  3. Area Cleared
  4. Boss BGM
  5. Princess Daisy Rescued?
  6. Bonus Game BGM
  7. Bonus Game Fanfare
  8. Muda Kingdom BGM
  9. Invincibility BGM
  10. Easton Kingdom BGM
  11. Player Down
  12. Game Over
  13. Chai Kingdom BGM
  14. Shooting Area BGM
  15. Tatanga the Mysterious Spaceman
  16. Princess Daisy Rescued
  17. Ending

We could get one or two more soundtracks added before the New Year! What’s one soundtrack you’d like to see on the Music service?
