According to a tweet from a rather reliable leaker/insider named Midori, the upcoming RPG Visions of Mana will be released on Switch 2. With Square Enix already confirming that the game will not be released on the current Switch, this is good news for people stuck in Nintendo’s ecosystem. It will also mean the game is coming to a portable console in the future, though it has been Steam Deck verified for its PC launch.

This small tidbit came from a recent thread today where Midori stated that new information regarding Visions of Mana will be revealed soon. With the not-E3 season almost upon us, we’ll likely learn more about the game at either the Xbox Games Showcase, one of Square Enix’s own trailers, or even a Nintendo Direct stream. That last one could also double as a stealth reveal for the Switch 2, which has yet to be officially unveiled.
Is it coming to Switch 2?

In the past, Midori has been accurate about of number of Sega and Atlus titles. Their biggest claim to fame was correctly predicting the wave of classic titles Sega would be releasing including brand new entries for Crazy Taxi, Streets of Rage, and Jet Set Radio. There has also been numerous instances of getting plans for Atlus games right, including the existence of the Aigis DLC for Persona 3 Reload.
