The Nintendo Switch 2 rumor mill never stops churning, and the latest is very specific – Discord user SoldierDelta (who previously leaked Team Ninja’s Rise of the Ronin) has posted that Nintendo’s next console (codenamed “NG”) is targeting a September 24th, 2024 release with a second window in November as a backup plan.
In addition, the console is apparently going to have two models – a standard unit at $449, and a digital only unit at $399. Obviously, take this all with a grain of salt, though the hyperspecificity certainly makes it a bolder claim than others (though perfectly plausible). We’ll just have to wait and see if this rumor coalesces into anything substantial.
