Few franchises can claim to have as many competitive offerings as Pokémon, with this year’s World Championships set to feature no less than five options for head-to-head face-offs, and now we have a venue for where the best-of-the-best will duke it out!

The 2022 Pokémon World Championships will head to the ExCel London from August 18th through August 21st, and it’ll feature events for the Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield video games, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pokkén Tournament DX, Pokémon UNITE and Pokémon GO.

It’s also been confirmed that the venue will play host to a Pokémon Center store for those wanting to pick up some merch, though it’s worth noting that while top players will get in free, spectator badges will need to be purchased at a future date.
