The PlayStation era is often considered by many Square fans to be the company’s golden era. Under the banner of Squaresoft they released everything from heavy hitters like Final Fantasy VII to bizarre experiments like Racing Lagoon, while classic series got sequels that were as inventive as they were contentious.
Now one of those games is finally getting remastered for the Nintendo Switch – Chrono Cross. Check out the new trailer:
As the subtitle suggests fans are getting a huge bonus too. The once Satellaview-exclusive Radical Dreams text adventure interquel is finally getting localized and will be playable officially in English for the first time.
Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition will arrive on April 7th, 2022.
