They’re here! As teased earlier this month by Nintendo, the Piplup and Team Galactic phone ring holders are now available as rewards on My Nintendo. Previously offered as rewards for Japan’s branch of My Nintendo, now fans in the US can pick up either reward (or both), provided they have enough Platinum Points.
Luckily the cost isn’t too steep! You can adorn your phone with either phone ring holder for 500 Platinum Points plus a shipping fee. As of this posting, both the Piplup and Team Galactic versions are still in stock!
According to Nintendo, codes for this particular batch of phone ring holders will be available until Monday, January 3rd, 2022 at 11 p.m. PT or until stock is claimed (whichever happens first). If you secure a redemption code, make sure to redeem it via Nintendo’s Online Store by Sunday, January 9th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
These aren’t the only rewards Nintendo released in honor of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl’s launch. If you have more Platinum Points to spend and are looking for a new wallpaper, there are five new designs inspired by Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Each digital download costs 50 Platinum Points.
