In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, a yearly tradition in China, Nintendo Hong Kong has shared official download codes for two custom hat designs in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
The designs are based on mooncakes, a Chinese delicacy that is traditionally shared during the Mid-Autumn Festival. One features the iconic Animal Crossing leaf symbol, while the other has the face of Mr. Tom Nook.
To download the designs, you’ll need an active Nintendo Switch Online membership. First, visit the Custom Designs Portal in the Able Sisters’ store. From there, you can search via Creator ID using the “MA” codes (remember to hit the R button to scroll to “Pro Designs”), or via Design ID using the “MO” codes. Alternatively, you can scan the QR codes with the Nintendo Switch Online smartphone app.
