Time to Pac up your Super Mario Monopoly and give your Avengers Monopoly a rest… Man. As you may have already come to realize by my expertly crafted and incredibly subtle hinting (and the title of this article), Hasbro is set to release a Pac-Man-themed Monopoly set!
This version of the board game classic features Pac-Man shaped player pieces and a unique pair of dice that determine player movement as well as that of a special ghost piece. The big twist and star of the show for this version of Monopoly is a teeny-tiny Pac-Man arcade unit that functions as a bank to buy, sell, rent and even steal levels – this version’s take on property. Oh, and it actually contains a mini-game version of Pac-Man that players get to play as their reward for passing Go. As if you needed any more reason to throw your $30 at the listing on Amazon.
