After boasting plenty of attendees and some world class matches last year as headliner, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is returning to Las Vegas this summer as a part of the Evo 2020 game lineup.

Other titles currently or soon to be available on Switch will also be featured, including Dragon Ball FighterZ, Samurai Shodown, and Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late cl-r. Together with the rest of the nine main games, they represent a broad spectrum of fighting games.
- Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
- Dragon Ball FighterZ
- Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late cl-r
- Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (Invitational)
- Street Fighter V: Champion Edition
- Tekken 7
- GranBlue Fantasy Versus
- Samurai Shodown
- Soul Calibur VI
It’s a fairly similar set of games as 2019’s, with only BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle and Mortal Kombat 11 being knocked off to make room for newcomer GBVS and the crowd pleaser that is Mahvel. Notably this marks the return of Marvel vs. Capcom to Evo, and not just any title. They’re bringing back the title for the 20th anniversary of MvC2. This “20urnament of Champions” will bring eight of the best players ever back to the stage to take you for a ride on Dreamcast once again.
Evo 2020 will take place at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada; July 31st to August 2nd.
