Mark your calendars, because “WayForward Day” is coming to Limited Run Games with releases of physical editions of Vitamin Connection, Mighty Switch Force! Collection, and Mystik Belle.
The Nintendo Switch-exclusive Vitamin Connection will come in two editions: a standard one priced at $34.99 USD and a limited edition for $64.99 USD.
The limited edition will include 3-inch plushies of Vita-Boy and Mina-Girl, 12 character profile cards, a CD soundtrack, and a reversible poster.
Additionally, a digital version of the game will be available through the Nintendo Switch eShop starting on February 20th, 2020, retailing at $19.99 USD.
“Featuring innovative Joy-Con controls, HD Rumble, and other features developed exclusively with Nintendo Switch in mind, Vitamin Connection lets one or two players take control of Vita-Boy and Mina-Girl and use the microscopic Capsule Ship to fend off a putrid pathogenic invasion. As they eliminate foes with their Vitamin Beam, navigate maze-like environments, interact with quirky allies, and overcome a variety of challenging sub-games, they’ll save the Sable family — and maybe even the world! — from numerous wacky situations.”

Meanwhile, Mighty Switch Force! Collection will be offered in both a standard edition for $34.99 USD and a collector’s edition for $59.99 USD; a digital version is currently available on the Switch eShop.
The collector’s edition will include the game, a soundtrack CD, a badge enamel pin, a reversible poster, and a “1:1 floppy disc USB drive.”
“Mighty Switch Force! Collection contains four complete games and more than 70 levels of action, platforming, and level-rearranging puzzles starring the galaxy’s most resilient cybernetic peacekeeper. As Officer Patricia Wagon, players will capture criminals, fight fires, rescue babies, and even engage in co-op and competitive multiplayer shenanigans.”
A Mighty Switch Force! Collection vinyl LP soundtrack, priced at $44.99 USD, and Nintendo Switch carrying cases themed after Vitamin Connection and River City Girls, priced at $14.99 USD each, will also be able at Limited Run Games.
Pre-orders for the two WayForward-developed titles will start on January 17th, 2020 at 7 a.m. PST; pre-orders will be open for two weeks for both games.
WayForward notes that quantities of the collector’s editions are very limited and will be made available in two batches: one at 7 a.m. PST and the other at 3 p.m. PST.
