Time to get fresh for the holidays and brush up on all your ink-spreading skills, because Splatoon 2 is coming in hot with a new online competition! The Splatoon 2 North American Online Open Winter 2020 will allow teams of players to join up and participate from the comfort of their own homes and (hopefully wired) internet connection.
The competition will be primarily Turf War, with the top eight delving into Splatoon 2’s various ranked battles. The full rules can be reviewed on Battlefy, the same place you’ll be registering if interested. The winning team of four will win a guaranteed spot in the upcoming Genesis 7 tournament in Oakland, CA well as travel and accommodations for the January 22nd event.
If you think you and your crew have what it takes, registration is open now and will remain so until the morning of January 11th. Matches will start shortly after on the same day, giving you a month to get sharp and splat your way to victory!
