Gaming and anime merchandise retailer Iijan has revealed new Bayonetta plushes, which it says are part of a “first wave” of an upcoming series collection.

Bayonetta and her Umbra Witch bestie Jeanne come in two different sizes, with the former based on her Bayonetta 2 appearance while the latter has her look from the original game.

When will the Bayonetta plushes release?

Pre-orders are not yet available, but are expected to go live this month. Iijan has a dedicated Bayonetta page, which has a newsletter subscription option for those who want to keep informed.

Iijan founder Masafumi Suzuki told Famitsu that his team received Iijan an incredible amount of supervision for the project, with Bayonetta designer Mari Shimazaki personally redrawing the faces of the plush toys.

Details on other items in the collection are currently scarce, but Suzuki did tease that Iijan is planning to produce decks of playing cards based on the tarot cards from Bayonetta 2.
