The biggest surprise during today’s Indie World Showcase was that acclaimed 2025 roguelike puzzle game Blue Prince would be available on Nintendo Switch 2… today. That’s right, you won’t have to wait too long for this one, as publisher Raw Fury confirmed the game is currently available on the eShop as of the time of publishing. Talk about a quick turnaround.
While the jury is still out on how the new port is, we can confirm that it has mouse controls to bring it in line with the PC version. It also contains all the same mysteries, logic puzzles, and randomized layouts that gave the game its distinct flavor. I, personally, had it among my top 10 games of 2025, so I believe it’s worth seeking out if you’re a fan of things like Myst.
The game is currently available on the eShop for $19.79 as a launch discount. It normally retails for $29.99, so that’s a pretty decent savings. The discount is also available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, if you’d rather get it there.
