A trio of Resident Evil games have been released on Nintendo Switch 2 today, and Capcom has published new trailers for them all.

Included in the lineup is Resident Evil Requiem, a brand-new mainline installment for the series. It’s a short trailer with not much new to show, though that thankfully makes it very light on spoilers.

Another trailer promotes the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 version of 2017’s Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and 2021’s Resident Evil Village. This one is longer, summarising the plot setups of both games.

Both ports, encompassing the Ethan Winters saga of Resident Evil, consist of the Gold Edition of each title. This means you can expect all of the previous expansions to be included along with the base games.

All three games are available now on Nintendo Switch 2. In our Resident Evil Requiem review, we said: “Resident Evil may be revisiting the past with this latest entry, but for the most part, it manages to avoid its previous mistakes – and more importantly, capitalizes on what the series does best.”
