It’s not every day that you see a listing for an upcoming movie completely spoil the surprise of a character included in it. In a listing on the London-based Everyman Cinema website (Warning: the link is a spoiler), a new description for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie may have accidentally spoiled a rather big reveal meant for cinema goers. In an effort to not ruin the fun for those who wish to go in completely blind, I won’t be including the name here. Use this was your warning for being spoiled.

From the official trailers Nintendo has released thus far, we already know that Bowser Jr. will feature as the film’s main villain. We also know Mario and Luigi will be teaming up with Yoshi to stop some kind of threat, which hasn’t been made entirely clear yet. What we didn’t know is that Mario’s long-time rival, Wario, will apparently be involved in things.

As the description from Everyman Cinema reads, “Mario faces Wario and Bowser Jr.’s evil alliance.” That is certainly something never done in the games before, though I have to wonder if Nintendo likes keeping Mario and Wario was two separate series. At any rate, I would imagine the next trailer for the film will reveal this anyway, so it’s probably not the biggest spoiler ever.
