Just moments ago, Nintendo of America quietly dropped Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition on the Nintendo Switch 2 eShop! For those of you who already own the original Switch version, the upgrade pack will only set you back $5. If you’re jumping in fresh, the full digital version is currently priced at $64.99.
The Switch 2 Edition brings some very welcome upgrades, including an enhanced frame rate of up to 60 fps and resolution support up to 4K when docked.
If you prefer to add this one to your shelf, a physical edition is set to launch on April 16th. Whether you’re jumping in for the first time or heading back to NLA for another run, this looks like the definitive way to experience it on Nintendo hardware.
