We’re only a few weeks away from the release of Mario Tennis Fever on the Nintendo Switch 2, and in classic Nintendo fashion, a new overview trailer has just dropped. The trailer showcases the ins and outs of the game, including new mechanics, modes, and even amiibo support; not to mention the massive roster of 38 characters. Check it out below.
And if you’re anything like me, you’ll be happy to know that Mario Tennis Fever supports amiibo. Tap a compatible amiibo to unlock new ball designs based on the character.
It’s nothing earth-shattering, but it’s still nice to see fun unlockables like this more than 10 years after amiibo first debuted.
