File this under regional promotions that make me jealous, but Japan’s Pokémon Cafe is going to start a promotion for Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension next month that includes Pokémon shaped donuts and specially themed drinks. Set to run from December 10th, 2025, until March 1st, 2026, the donuts are actually something of a teaser for new critters that will show up in the game’s DLC. I suppose you don’t have to worry about leaks if you just leak the information yourself.
As part of the “Pikachu Sweets” division of Pokémon Cafe, two donuts based on Kyogre and Groudon will be available for customers to buy for ¥550 each. I guess that means the legendary Pokémon, both of which debuted in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, are catchable in Mega Dimension. The website even reads, “The donuts are inspired by the special donuts that appear in the paid add-on content ‘Pokémon LEGENDS ZA MEGA DIMENSION’!”

As for the drinks they include the “Hoopa’s Mischief Ruby Chocolate Frappé” for ¥864, which is an orange-flavored chocolate frappé inspired by Hoopa. It’s colored pink, but is meant to deceive you just like Hoopa. It even includes an edible Hoopa cookie on top. The other drink is a standard latte that can be customized with foam of either Hoopa or Gulpin and comes in a Poké Ball cup. Running ¥702, you can buy these in a variety of flavors including White Mocha, Caramel, Cafe Mocha, and Tea Latte.

I would love to try one of those donuts, especially since they are novelty ones.
