Today is a momentous day for fans of The Legend of Zelda all across the world. After a long wait, the latest entry in the Hyrule Warriors series, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, is finally here. It’s finally time to get a brand-new look at the Imprisoning War, the event that ultimately led to the story events of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. As a nice bonus to celebrate this release, Nintendo even put out a new launch trailer showing off some of the thrilling moments the game has in store.
The trailer is fairly brief, just showing off some snippets of gameplay to help build the excitement now that the game can finally be played. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment follows the story of the Imprisoning War, the ancient conflict in which Ganondorf was sealed away, only to be reawakened many years later.
