A new trailer has been released for Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, showing more of the game’s cinematic storytelling and announcing that pre-orders are now open.
The video also shows what is included in the special editions.
The Deluxe and Premium Deluxe Editions feature a variety of additional costumes and hair customizations, as well as DLC called “Side Story: Rudy.”
The game’s official website includes a vague summary of the story DLC, which is set to release in Autumn 2026:
A side story about Rudy, whose family have served as Azurian Royal Palicoes for generations. One day, while accompanying the protagonist on a survey of some egg quartz, Rudy makes a surprising discovery!
As for those who opt for the standard edition of the game, there is no information on purchasing the DLC separately at this time.
Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection will launch worldwide on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC on March 13th, 2026. Pre-orders are available via the official website.
