Remember that funny Street Fighter promo that McDonald’s Japan started last week? It turns out that customers have been able to get their hands on some codes for in-game EX costumes in Street Fighter 6 for Nintendo Switch 2. Themed after the classic McDonald’s color scheme, the costumes apply to Ryu, Ken, and Chun-Li just like the promotional burgers. Thankfully, you don’t need to actually fly out to Japan and buy a burger to get them as each code is the same for every purchase.

It’s a little bizarre to see Ryu wearing a mustard yellow gi with red pants, but I do like the look of Ken’s outfit. It fits him well. Chun-Li, too, also does justice to the yellow and red color scheme while not looking like she lost a battle with a massive Big Mac. Each EX color applies to the trio’s classic costumes, so you won’t get to see Street Fighter’s homeless Ken donning the golden arches (darn).

You can find the codes for each costume below. They will be available until December 12th, 2025, and are redeemable on each platform (I confirmed it on PC before writing). You need to navigate to the options menu in-game and select “Input Event Code” to redeem them. Each code is case sensitive:

  • Ryu: M3L4-WJAK-8FCH-6AYV
  • Ken: LFCU-8RYT-7MP9-RH8F
  • Chun-Li: CDU9-BBPC-DNQU-98M9
