Pokémon Legends: Z-A players are having a field day with Mega Starmie’s weird legs

With Pokémon Legends: Z-A out in the wild for everyone to enjoy, players have been making some discoveries regarding lore and new designs for their favorite series. We’ve already reported on how the game confirms that Pikachu poops, but the bigger meme gaining traction from Z-A is Mega Starmie’s design. Whether through deliberate design or by happenstance, Game Freak decided to give Starmie a pair of legs for its Mega Evolution and… well, just take a look at some of these fan pictures.

 

 

 

 

 

As reported by IGN, the new Pokédex entry for Mega Starmie reads, “Its movements have become more humanlike. Whether it’s simply trying to communicate or wants to supplant humanity is unclear.” Anyone new to the series might be wondering about that last bit, but next to Pokémon that drag children to the underworld or one that hugs you so hard, your spine breaks, supplanting humanity seems mild.
