After a rather brief trailer for the upcoming DLC for last year’s Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Microsoft revealed that its critically acclaimed action/adventure title would be making the jump to Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026. While that could mean anything from early 2026 to later in the year, Switch 2 owners will be able to step into the shoes of Indy and whip some nazis on the go when it does finally release on Nintendo’s console.

For those unaware, The Great Circle is an interquel set between Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade. In the game, Indy catches wind of some new religious icon that the nazis have their sights on, and it takes him on a journey across Egypt, ancient Thailand, and even the Vatican City. It has all the hallmarks of a classic Indy story with plenty of traps to evade, loot to steal, and nazis to punch. You even get a new love interest, though she’s not really relevant.

Microsoft didn’t mention whether the belated Switch 2 port will be a “complete” edition or not. It also didn’t bring up if the cartridge will even contain the full game, something that the physical editions for PS5 and Xbox Series X don’t even have.
