I always knew there was a level of dedication to the craft that came with Pokémon TCG’s illustrations, but I didn’t think it resulted in grander artwork coming after multiple sets. As noticed by content creator Pokevault_Chronicles on Instagram, if you assemble nine different cards from five different sets together, they wind up creating a larger piece of artwork that showcases the breadth of Pokémon’s world.
Fanaticscollect on Instagram has the full image, but it combines the following creatures from the following sets to form a larger whole.

- Scarlet & Violet: Surging Sparks cards
- Vibrava – 105/191
- Togetic – 071/191
- Passimian – 111/191
- Spheal – 043/191
- Scarlet and Violet: Twilight Masquerade cards
- Wattrel – 075/167
- Torkoal – 030/167
- Scarlet and Violet: Stellar Crown
- Slowpoke – 057/142
- Scarlet and Violet: Shrouded Fate
- Golbat – 028/064
- Scarlet and Violet: Paradox Rift
- Dudunsparce – 129/162
Honestly, it’s pretty astounding to see it laid out as one piece. It shows the amount of dedication and planning that goes into each set beforehand. While different artists likely aren’t collaborating together to make this happen, The Pokémon Company clearly provides guidelines for how the art should look to ensure they line up with one another. It’s definitely a cool bit of attention to detail for hardcore collectors to discover once they have every piece.
