In its ongoing campaign to get everybody buying Razer products, the peripheral manufacturer teased a new product for fans of Pokémon: a pair of Gengar headphones.
While not originally announced alongside its new line of products earlier this year, Razer is seemingly continuing its collaboration with The Pokémon Company to introduce even more electronics to garnish up your life. The latest is a ghastly bit of headphones that won’t sound different from other Razer products, but will make you the talk of Lavender Town.

There’s no price or even pre-orders yet as Razer is running its campaign by promoting new products with typical “teaser” ads before the actual launch. The tweet mentions, “Guess who’s looming in the shadows?” and then will list the items August 19th, 2025, at 8 a.m. PT. I suppose that’s when everything will go live… or we’ll get details of when it eventually goes live. I really can’t keep up with modern trends.
