Update (6/26/25): It appears as though the series Pokémon Live: A Pocketful of Adventures is only available in English in some regions at the moment, including Egypt. Serebii has provided a statement:

“Following its release in Japan in 2023 and Korea in 2024, a surprise English dub of the live action TV show known in Japan as PokéTsume, otherwise Pokémon Live: A Pocketful of Adventures, has started going live on Apple TV in some regions including Egypt. Currently it’s unclear how wide this release is but we’ll provide full details as they come.”

A 2023 live-action TV series based on the Pokémon franchise, previously exclusive to Japan, is now available to watch with an English dub on Apple TV.

Pokémon Live: A Pocketful of Adventures (abbreviated as Pokétsume in Japan) follows university graduate Madoka Akagi, who receives a package from her mother containing her childhood Game Boy and Pokémon Red cartridge.

“When Madoka plays Pokémon Red for the first time in 20 years, she discovers a different experience than the one she knew as a child, one that is full of valuable life lessons,” the Apple TV summary reads.

The series has a total of 10 episodes, each with a 24-minute runtime. Below is the original trailer.
