The Pokémon Trading Card Game is one of the most successful pieces of the greater Pokémon franchise, with fans collecting cards for nearly 30 years now. The extent of the TCG isn’t just limited to the usual packs and boxes found in stores, but to special collaborations as well. Ever since 2011, Pokémon cards have periodically found themselves in McDonald’s Happy Meals. The latest batch of these special cards are now available at UK locations, and center around iconic Dragon-type Pokémon.
The Dragon Discovery collaboration unsurprisingly features a heavy emphasis on Dragon-type or dragon-like Pokémon. The available cards aren’t just limited to Dragons of course, but there are quite a few iconic faces to be found here. From Dragonite, Rayquaza, Roaring Moon, and more, they’re certainly the most exciting inclusions in the collection. The promotion is available at UK McDonald’s locations from now until June 17th, starting from 11 a.m. each morning.
