Announced during last month’s Pokémon Presents, Pokémon: Paldean Winds is a four-part anime mini-series debuting on YouTube. The first episode, “Breathe Out,” is available now!
Breathe Out focuses on Ohara, a flutist attending Naranja Academy in Paldea with her partner Pokémon Fuecoco. Ohara, unsure of her abilities, sets out on her Treasure Hunt to Glaseado Mountain. Of course, other characters and Pokémon from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet also make an appearance and help the world feel lively and lived-in. It’s a beautiful piece of animation and a touching short story than you can check out for yourself below:
