2020 saw many pop culture trends come and go during the initial outbreak of COVID-19 but few had the impact of Among Us. The social deduction game went from a flagging indie title to an international success with numerous ports, mainstream relevance, and a whole lot of merch.
Now it’s getting an animated television series from CBS and some big names are attached. Owen Dennis will be executive producer, coming off the critically acclaimed Infinity Train, while the animation is handled by Titmouse (Star Trek: Lower Decks, Frog and Toad).

As for the plot, it’ll follow the same format of the game where an imposter is among the crew of a spaceship, all set to sabotage.
A release date has yet to be confirmed but we’ll be sure to bring you more news as it comes in.
