Talked about a King-sized Kong – The Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York (host to the World Video Game Hall of Fame, among other things) is building an absolutely gigantic arcade cabinet for Donkey Kong that will be available for guests to play, standing at roughly 20 feet tall.

The museum thanks Nintendo of America for providing input on the project, showing that it was made with the company’s blessing and guidance. The buttons used to control the game appear on a standard sized board before the much larger cabinet, so don’t worry about reaching up to hit pizza-sized buttons. The cabinet will be implemented as part of the museum’s June 30th expansion, so stay tuned for more details.
