In a move that probably shouldn’t be too surprising, Paramount has confirmed that the sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog’s 2020 movie is called… Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

Sadly the homage can’t be topped off as the movie is releasing on Friday, April 8th, 2022. No Sonic Twosday for us!
