Halloween may be effectively cancelled this year (stay safe, everyone!), but that doesn’t mean you can’t wear a cool new Mario or Pokémon costume in your own home. Jakks Pacific put out a press release highlighting the Super Mario and Pokémon costumes available this year.
On the Mario side, Mario and Luigi costumes will be available for kids and adults. Available separately will be Mario and Luigi inflatable kart accessories ($39.99-$59.99), so you can make fun car noises on top of fun Mario noises. A Peach costume for adults ($59.99) and options for children will be available as well.
The Pokémon lineup includes a Pikachu jumpsuit complete with ears and a tail for kids aged 4-12 ($29.99). A Jigglypuff inspired costume that includes a pink dress, ears, and a microphone will also be available for that age group ($29.99). And the real star of the show is the giant inflatable Poké Ball costume for ages 6 and up ($45.99 – $55.00). It’s… just a giant round Poké Ball that you wear around your body and it’s perfect.
