In news that is sure to not astound or surprise anyone in the slightest, the recently released Pokémon Masters is the top download on iOS in 27 countries, including the US and Japan. This predictably successful number comes in the wake of the game’s launch late on Wednesday.
In equally plausible fashion, it’s become the top revenue-generating game in Japan and Hong Kong, though it’s a “measly” #12 in that spot on the US charts. Regardless, it appears that Masters has had a very good start, so hopefully content updates to the game continue for some time to come.
