If you’re looking to add more Nintendo merch to your wardrobe, you might want to take a quick peek at UNIQLO’s brand new Super Mario collection that launched today.
At this point, more Nintendo clothing collaborations should hardly be a surprise, but there’s something really fun and exciting about seeing all the new designs that these collabs may unveil, and I have to say these Mario designs are some of my favorite in any Nintendo collab to date.
Not only are they fun, but they’re clever. In total, there are 24 new t-shirt designs, though it’s important to note that some are specified as Women’s t-shirts, while some are Youth t-shirts. Regardless, I suggest you take a look at all the designs just to appreciate them.
Personally, I have a particular affinity for the two Princess Peach shirts, and I’m also a big fan of the Boo designs and the colorful Yoshi’s Egg graphic. Designs like the half-Super Star poking out of a Question Block front pocket, or Mario hitting a heart out of a Brick right above the left side of the chest, show off the collection’s more clever side, but there’s something to be said about the classic 8-bit character designs, too.
