Pokémon is serious business around the world, and those who live in Japan take it to another level. Each year, Yokohama, Japan hosts a Pikachu Outbreak event that features parades, events and more. This year, during a gathering of Pikachu, Mimikyu was also spotted at the tail end of a parade. You can check out a video of the event below.
