Kirby’s Blowout Blast will be a breath of fresh air when it hits the eShop this week, and amiibo fans have just a little more to be excited about now. A small trailer on the Japanese Nintendo YouTube page revealed that the Kirby series amiibo, as well as their Smash Bros. versions, will unlock some extras in the expanded sub-game. They’ll give you decorative trophies for your in-game plaza that can change up the music for you, like Dedede playing his signature theme.
Expect more news about this, including more concrete details on the amiibo functionality, when it launches on July 6th.
