By far, the most stylish of the new amiibo revealed during the recent Direct were the Splatoon 2 figures. Even if it’s the same overall trio of Inkling Girl, Boy and Squid again the fact they all look so much more distinctive from the last two batches says a lot. I know I’ll be grabbing them myself, and checking out these latest images is making the wait that much more unbearable.
There’s dedicated, multi-angle closeups for each amiibo, giving the best look at them so far. Things like the stitching on their shoes and gloves, along with the color work on the ink splashes, are guaranteeing that these fresh figures will be mine in due time.
