Grab your watering can and put on your dungarees – a release date has been announced for Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns and it’s soon!

Released last year in Japan to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the series formerly known as Harvest Moon, Trio of Towns places your farm in between, well, a distinct trio of towns. Each has its own crops, characters, animals and more, which allows for even more customization. You will also be able to go online to chat and trade with your friends.

It has also been confirmed that the Mario costumes will be making the transition too. These all offer different effects – Mario’s outfit increases running speed, Luigi’s improves luck at fishing, Peach’s dress and tiara will make it easier for you to befriend other characters, and dressing up as Toad will help your stamina replenish over-time.

Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns will be launching courtesy of XSEED Games in North America on February 28th, and if you pre-order the game via Amazon you even get a plush Capybara!
