Uniqlo has announced the theme for its Uniqlo T Shirt Grand Prix for 2017, and that theme is none other than everybody’s favorite video game company, Nintendo! Themes for UTGP in recent years have been famous rock bands, Pixar movies, and Star Wars.
Anyone can enter the competition, no matter their nationality or age. Entrants to the contest can choose to have their design on one of 10 different colored t shirts, and can submit as many entries as they want. Designs may only be submitted through Uniqlo’s website, and must use Uniqlo’s official template. Other rules include all designs must be submitted on a flat surface, and that two characters from different Nintendo franchises may not coexist on one design.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize and a Shigeru Miyamoto autographed Nintendo NX.
