Yup, that’s right: The official line of Nintendo Vans are available now at Vans.com! There are various different styles available, including new styles that were not announced previously. Some of the new designs include the classic 8-bit mushrooms, Bob-omb shoes for toddlers and more variations on the NES design.
There was obviously a lot of love poured into the entire crossover. Even the website features interactive question blocks pulled from the original Super Mario Bros. The line of shoes is glowing with classic Nintendo greatness, and there is a pair for everyone, regardless of what style you prefer. The Legend of Zelda is represented with two pairs of slip-on shoes: one style simply has 8-bit characters all over, while the other has memorable quotes from the original such as “It’s dangerous to go alone!”
Super Mario is clearly the best represented franchise, with Peach, Yoshi, Mario, Donkey Kong and even the mushrooms getting their own pair of kicks. If you long for the days of the NES, you can choose a pair that represents Nintendo’s original console perfectly.
The Nintendo x Vans line expands beyond shoes, branching into socks, hats, shirts and bags. If you want to get your hands on some of this new apparel you better act fast, as Vans has already stated this line will only be available for a limited time.
