The Pokémon Company has decided to really treat us to quite a day on Saturday! All day on the 27th, special events will be taking place in celebration of Pokémon Day, all on top of the month and even year-long celebrations that are taking place.
If you decide to log into Twitch on the 27th, make sure you head over to the official Pokémon channel to get in on some of 20th anniversary action. At 10:00 a.m EST, you can tune in to see tons of Pokémon talk, gameplay, interviews, and other coverage that’s sure to entertain any fan.
This exciting stream will run until 6:00 p.m. EST, but the fun doesn’t stop there! Afterwards, it’ll turn over into a stream of the Pokémon anime, which will last a whopping 24 hours! You’ll get to enjoy movies and episodes from all throughout the series, as well as animation specials, until the same time that Sunday evening.
No specifics about the stream Saturday or what movies and episodes will be shown during the marathon have been revealed yet, but make sure to tune in over the weekend for lots of Pokémon fun!
