As a nice surprise, Nintendo’s released a demo for the upcoming Kirby Battle Royale! Featuring three modes, you can take the fight to them as Sword, Cutter and Beetle Kirby. The demo taps out at 1108 blocks on your 3DS, and even if you normally pass on demos there might be a good reason to give this one a go.
As is the case for many demos these days, there’ll also be a transfer bonus for the full game if you put some time into it. You’ll score some extra coins, sure, but the real prize will be the masked swordsman himself, Meta Knight. With all that together you’ll be ready to make your mark as the top Kirby when Battle Royale launches on January 19th.
