For those unaware, The Pokémon Company’s Japanese branch has a tendency to celebrate specific Pokémon with elaborate campaigns. One recent example that eventually did head westward was The Magikarp Song, but there have been many others.
Today, a new campaign was kicked off focusing on Magnemite with another delightfully bizarre song. You can check it out below, and as the company knows their global audience you can select English subtitles!
If prior campaigns are anything to go by, we should see a new batch of merchandise hit Japan soon, too. Whether it will lead to a mobile spin-off like Magikarp Jump, though, is anyone’s guess.
