It looks like Android users may not have to wait too much longer to run and jump through the Mushroom Kingdom as Mario and friends, as Super Mario Run is now listed in the Google Play Store as available to “Pre-register.”
According to a tweet from Nintendo of America, this means that Android users can opt into a notification letting them know when the game will become available.

No word yet on which versions of Android will be supported, but stay connected as more news is revealed — Nintendo Wire will be there to cover it!
