Ocarina of Time Switch 2 Pre-Orders Discounted by $10, Plus More Zelda Deals and Restocks

With the holiday shopping season quickly approaching, Nintendo fans have plenty to look forward to, especially with The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake arriving on Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5, 2026. But if you’re planning to pick up Link’s latest adventure at launch, there’s no reason to pay full price!

Both Amazon and Walmart have discounted Ocarina of Time remake pre-orders by $10, dropping the price from $69.99 to just $59.99. And for collectors, there’s an added bonus: both retailers are offering the limited edition foil cover, making this an especially tempting deal for longtime Zelda fans.

Of course, Ocarina of Time isn’t the only upcoming Switch 2 release getting a discount. Several other highly anticipated games, including Metroid Ravenous, Switch Sports Resort, and Hyrule Warriors, are also available for $10 off. We’ve rounded up all of the current offers below, along with links to check availability for Nintendo’s Zelda 40th Anniversary hardware and accessories.

With launch day getting closer, these discounts are worth keeping an eye on. Pre-order promotions can disappear without much warning, and there’s no guarantee the same prices will be available once the games officially hit store shelves. If you already know you’re picking up Ocarina of Time on day one, locking in the lower price now could be a smart move.

Save $10 on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake for Switch 2

One of Nintendo’s most beloved adventures is returning this November, and both Amazon and Walmart are making it a little easier on your wallet. The upcoming Ocarina of Time remake is currently listed for $59.99 at both retailers, a $10 discount off its regular $69.99 price.

Even better, both versions include the special foil cover, giving collectors another reason to grab a physical copy ahead of launch. Here are the current pre-order deals:

• Amazon: Pre-order for $59.99 ($10 off)
• Walmart: Pre-order for $59.99 ($10 off)

Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 Console, Pro Controller, and Carrying Case

Nintendo isn’t celebrating Zelda’s 40th anniversary with just a new game. A collection of limited edition Nintendo Switch 2 hardware and accessories is also on the way, giving fans even more ways to celebrate the legendary franchise.

The Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 console, Pro Controller, and carrying case are scheduled to launch on October 30, 2026, less than a week before the Ocarina of Time remake arrives.

Unfortunately, getting your hands on some of these items has already proven difficult. Both the console and Pro Controller are currently sold out at Amazon and Walmart, although additional inventory could appear as launch day approaches. The good news is that the matching carrying case is still available to order at Walmart.

We’ve included links to all three products below, making it easy to check for restocks without having to hunt down each listing individually.

Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 Console

The centerpiece of Nintendo’s anniversary collection is a special edition Switch 2 console featuring a design inspired by The Legend of Zelda. Demand has been high, and both major retailers have already sold through their initial pre-order allocations.

Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller

If you’re already happy with your Switch 2 but still want something special to commemorate Zelda’s anniversary, the limited edition Pro Controller is another option worth watching. Like the console, it’s currently sold out at both Amazon and Walmart, but there’s always a chance more stock will become available before release.

Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 Carrying Case

Rounding out the anniversary collection is a matching Switch 2 carrying case. Unlike the console and controller, this one is still available at Walmart, making it the easiest of the three anniversary accessories to pick up right now.

• Amazon: Check for restock
• Walmart: In Stock – Order Now

We’ll continue keeping an eye on Zelda 40th Anniversary stock at Amazon and Walmart as the October 30 release date approaches. If more consoles or controllers become available, we’ll update this guide with the latest information.
