If you’re planning on picking up some of Nintendo’s biggest upcoming Switch 2 releases, you can currently save a few bucks by pre-ordering early.
Both Amazon and Walmart have dropped the price of several upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 games by around $10, including The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, and the recently announced Metroid Ravenous.
As always, pre-order pricing can change at any time, so if you’ve been planning on picking up any of these games, now might be a good time to lock in your order.
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time – $59.99
Link returns to Hyrule this November in a full remake of the Nintendo 64 classic, rebuilt from the ground up exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2. The physical version normally carries a $69.99 MSRP, but both retailers currently have it for $59.99.

Nintendo Switch Sports Resort – $49.94
Nintendo is heading back to Wuhu Island with Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, featuring 12 sports and a mix of new and returning activities. The physical edition normally retails for $59.99.
Release date: October 22, 2026
Metroid Ravenous – $59.99
Samus is back in Metroid Ravenous, an all-new 2D Metroid adventure coming exclusively to Nintendo Switch 2. The standard physical edition normally retails for $69.99, making the current $59.99 pre-order price a nice $10 discount before launch.
Release date: January 28, 2027
There’s no telling how long these pre-order discounts will stick around, so we’ll keep an eye on prices and update you if any additional Switch 2 games get similar discounts.
