It’s hard to believe that ten years have passed since Pokemon GO was originally released! The game became a phenomenon upon release, with old and new fans spending the summer collecting the original 151 Pokémon. People were encouraged to go outdoors and connect with one another to obtain all available ‘mon, it was honestly such a fun experience.

To celebrate the anniversary, a stream is planned for today, July 9th. As of now, details are shrouded in secrecy. Niantic has instructed fans to keep an eye on Pokémon GO socials for details on when and where to watch, as we also don’t know that information.
